If the companion is not suitable for you upon arrival, you can cancel within the first five minutes by contacting the agency or having the escort do so. In such cases, you'll only cover travel costs (for local dates). 

 

If the companion cancels, payment is prorated based on time spent with you, and any balance is refunded unless misconduct occurs. Misconduct includes non-compliance with terms, endangering the escort, poor hygiene, substance abuse, false information, or privacy violations, leading to full payment without refunds and potential legal action.

 

If you have made a down payment and cancel, you will not get a refund, but the amount will be held for you, minus cancellation costs, for another date with your chosen escort. Additionally, non-exchangeable or non-modifiable travel expenses are also non-refundable.
